Custom Photo Sports Ball Keepsake

Celebrate your athlete with a one-of-a-kind Custom Photo Sports Ball Keepsake!

Each keepsake is made from a wooden sports ball shape and finished completely by hand. Every piece is painted on both sides, customized with your photos, carefully assembled, and sealed with a protective clear coat for a polished finished look.

Choose from a variety of sports including baseball, softball, basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, tennis, golf, and more. If you do not see your sport listed, just ask!

Design Options

1–2 Photo Design

A simpler custom design using up to two photos along with your choice of name, number, school or team colors, wording, and other personalized details.

Full Photo Collage

A custom collage design using multiple photos arranged throughout the sports ball. Collage designs include up to 20 photos. Designs requiring more than 20 photos may require an additional design fee or custom quote.

Custom design is included in the price of the finished keepsake.

How to Send Your Photos

All photos must be submitted by email or Google Drive. Photos sent by text message will not be accepted.

Please send the highest-quality original images available whenever possible. Screenshots or images saved from social media may result in lower print quality.

If certain photos are especially important or should be featured more prominently, please let me know when submitting your images.

Photo placement, sizing, and cropping may vary depending on the sports ball shape and overall design. Any photo editing, retouching, or corrections you would like made should be completed before submission.

Copyright & Photo Usage

Watermarked images will not be accepted.

By submitting photos to Bertie Rae’s, you are confirming that you have the legal right and proper permission to use those images.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the photographer or copyright holder. Bertie Rae’s is not responsible for copyright violations involving customer-provided images.

Custom Order Process

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required before the design and production process begins.

You will receive a proof to review and approve before your keepsake is completed.

Your order includes one round of changes after receiving the initial proof. Additional revisions may be made for an additional design fee.

Once the final proof has been approved and the remaining balance has been paid, no additional changes can be made because your order will move into production.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for production after final proof approval and final payment.

Because each keepsake is handmade, slight variations may occur and are part of the unique nature of the finished product.
