Custom Collage Design

Our Custom Collage Design service is perfect for creating a personalized design using multiple photos for Senior Night, graduation, birthdays, anniversaries, sports, memorials, school events, and more!

This listing is for the digital design only and does not include a printed poster or foam board.

Your design will be custom created by Bertie Rae’s in Canva using the photos, colors, wording, theme, and other information you provide.

Once the final design has been approved and payment has been completed, your finished design will be provided as a PDF, PNG, or JPG file, depending on your printing needs.

Design & Payment Process

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required before the design process begins.

Once your initial design is complete, you will receive a proof to review and approve.

Your purchase includes one round of changes after receiving the initial proof. Additional revisions may be made for an additional design fee.

Once the final proof has been approved, no additional changes can be made to the completed design without an additional design fee.

How to Send Your Photos

All photos must be sent by email or Google Drive. Photos sent by text message will not be accepted.

Please email photos to [email protected] or provide a Google Drive link containing the photos you would like used.

If there are certain photos that are especially important or that you would like featured more prominently, please let me know when submitting your images.

All collage designs are custom created, so photo placement, size, and arrangement may vary depending on what works best with the overall design.

Photos may need to be resized to fit the layout. Any cropping, editing, retouching, or corrections you would like made to your photos should be completed before the photos are submitted.

For the best finished product, please send the highest-quality original images available rather than screenshots or images saved from social media whenever possible.

Copyright & Photo Usage

Watermarked images will not be accepted.

By submitting photos or other images to Bertie Rae’s, you are confirming that you have the legal right and proper permission to use those images for the requested design.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the photographer, copyright holder, or other owner of the submitted images.

Bertie Rae’s is not responsible for copyright violations involving customer-provided images.
