How to Send Your Photos

All photos must be submitted by email or Google Drive. Photos sent by text message will not be accepted.

Please send the highest-quality original images available whenever possible. Screenshots and images saved from social media may result in lower print quality.

If certain photos are especially important or should be featured more prominently, please let me know when submitting your images.

Photo placement, size, and cropping may vary depending on the shape of the number and overall design. Any photo editing, retouching, or corrections you would like made should be completed before the photos are submitted.

Copyright & Photo Usage

Watermarked images will not be accepted.

By submitting photos to Bertie Rae’s, you are confirming that you have the legal right and proper permission to use those images.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the photographer or copyright holder. Bertie Rae’s is not responsible for copyright violations involving customer-provided images.

Custom Order Process

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required before the design and production process begins.

You will receive a proof to review and approve before your keepsake is completed.

Your order includes one round of changes after receiving the initial proof. Additional revisions may be made for an additional design fee.

Once the final proof has been approved and the remaining balance has been paid, no additional changes can be made because your order will move into production.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for production after final proof approval and final payment.

Because each piece is hand cut, painted, and finished, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
