Foam Board Custom Posters

Our Custom Foam Board Posters are a great way to add a personalized touch to any event! Each poster is custom designed by Bertie Rae’s and printed on sturdy 4.7mm foam core for a clean, professional look.

Perfect for welcome signs, seating charts, bridal and baby showers, teas, Senior Night, birthday parties, back-to-school events, graduations, church events, and more! Posters can also be printed double-sided for an additional charge.

This listing includes standard custom design. Designs requiring multiple photos or a custom photo collage must also purchase the Custom Collage Design listing.

Custom Design Process

Each poster is personally designed in Canva to fit your event, theme, colors, and wording.

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required before the design process begins. Once your initial design is complete, you will receive a proof to review and approve.

Your order includes one round of changes after receiving the initial proof. Additional revisions may be made for an additional design fee.

Once the final proof has been approved and the remaining balance has been paid, no additional changes can be made because your order will be placed into production.

Please allow up to 10 business days for production after final proof approval and final payment.

Please note: Easels, sign stands, frames, or other display pieces are not included with the foam board poster unless specifically stated in the listing. Display options may be available to rent separately through Bertie Rae’s.
